Music For Your Wedding

Watch for our new service, "PLAY IT AT YOUR WEDDING", which will offer original music, instrumental or with lyrics, sometime in 2013. Our Music Department is headed up by Joey Kelly. Working alongside JOEY KELLY will be the very talented DEE MEYER, our A&R man, whose incredible ear and talent for discovering great sounds will enrich and add special expertise to SAY IT AT YOUR WEDDING. Added recently to our Music Department is the talented Composer/Arranger, YoliAlto.

JOEY KELLY has gone on to become one of the most prolific, successful singer-songwriters around. One of Music’s most distinctive voices, Joey Kelly has won acclaim worldwide for both his insightful studio/solo work and as the Charismatic Lead Vocalist for many bands, as of late "Buddy Love", the recently reunited power pop quartet that took America by storm in 1980. Through the years, Joey went on to perform, tour and record with some of music's best. As a songwriter and engineer, Joey's compositions and work took his music to the top of the charts repeatedly, and he has co-written hits with a diverse group of artists. As a Record Producer and Engineer, he has worked with many of the biggest names in music; his collective works, selling over 5 million units worldwide. Kelly's imprint on Producing, Engineering and Musical Direction of major events has truly gained him respect and admiration in the music industry. Of late, he has been trying his hand at Jingle and Voice Over Work for Video Games and Commercials and his music has been used in commercials for Dannon, Toyota, Proctor and Gamble, Korbel, Panasonic, Nascar, 7up, MTV, VH1 & Dell to name a few.

DEE MEYER whose incredible ear and talent for discovering great sounds will enrich and add special expertise to SAY IT AT YOUR WEDDING. Guitarist Dee Meyer hit the NYC scene with the Billies at the height of the punk/New wave movement. Dee has worked with several NYC bands including the M-80s and reggae band the Rydim Squad (which also includes Joey Kelly on vocals and percussion). Dee has also worked with such national acts as Hall and Oats, and Ian Hunter and Mick Ronson. In the early '90's he formed the blues act Catdaddy Jones (their cd 'Late Night In The Doghouse' is available on the Fountainbleu label) and gigged regularly in and around NYC until joining Hot Monkey Love in 2006. Hot Monkey Love works regularly in NYC as well as most of the Tri-State area.

YOLI ALTO was born into music. She grew up with a father who was a composer of Spanish Music; a mother who loved poetry; and a grandmother who taught piano. This Singer/Songstress is a graduate of the High School of Music & Art in New York. Some of her songs, including OLD SWEATER, have been compared to the style of Laura Nyro. Her stage name was coined by a dear friend who would call her Ms. Alto referring to the sometimes “guttural,” sometimes smoky voice that interprets the songs she has written. She has performed at the Red Bank Jazz Festival and having been chosen to compete in several of the Jersey Shore Jazz and Blues Foundation’s Blues Competitions. She has performed in various venues throughout the tri-state area.. This Cuba-Rican (as she refers to her ethnic origins) describes her music as Jazz & Blues, blended with Latin Flavor. She has written over 100 songs.
